Policies in KAIN (MUST READ)

Postby Terrorbird » 14 Nov 2014, 15:56

Starting Wednesday August 7th 2013 this will be the new policies within KAIN and whoever does not meet these requirements doesn't have to bother applying to KAIN.

Existing members will agree with these rules and also existing members who do not follow these policies will be kicked from the outfit without hesitation.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Our Policies
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Everyone in KAIN will buy a microphone, if you do not own a microphone you won't be accepted in KAIN, if you are an existing member you have known about it long enough. You will be kicked if you do not get one. (Reason is simple, we want you to be part of the team and to be a friend. Not just a name that follows around. Next to that you are requested to respond as fast as possible, not being able to communicate creates unnecessary problems.)

2. If you enter the game and want to join a squad first check if there is all ready a KAIN squad open before asking on TS3.

3. If you enter the game and you want team-play and there is no KAIN squad yet make your own squad and open it to outfit and describe what kind of play you want, aka farming, serious play, drunken ops etc etc.

4. When you join a KAIN squad you join them on TS no exceptions.

5. If you join a KAIN squad you LISTEN to the squad/pltleader, there is no excuse not too! if you disobey orders on frequent bases you will be kicked! Suggestions are always welcome but not during an ops, you wait until afterwards.

6. Having fun in the game is important, having fun on teamspeak too, but when in a channel where people are playing serious you do not make jokes or insults because you will annoy the majority, this goes 2 ways, if you join a channel where people are messing around do not expect people to be serious all of a sudden. There are like 10+ channels you can join.

7. Respect others This means accepting them the way they are. Not everybody can be friends but it is essential to tolerate each others imperfectness. Mistakes are a part of life but everybody has the right to do his own decisions. Repeated signs of hate, complaining or jokes aimed at an individual or group are disrespectful and have to be avoided. Respecting members is is key for maintaining an enjoyable atmosphere in the outfit.

8. If you are part of KAIN you play with KAIN, it's ok if you want to lone-wolf once in a while but do not make it a habit.

9. This is your main character. If you have alts in other factions and you join another (active) outfit with that alt you will be kicked from KAIN! This does not count for inactive / dead outfits that you might allready be in.

10. If you have an issue with another member of KAIN or another friendly outfit you speak to the leadership before you do anything else (Terrorbird, MrostkaSVK or Wolverane). Creating unnecessary problems will get you kicked.

11. Intentional team killing will not be tolerated because its does not solve anything. Creating unnecessary problems will get you kicked.

12. Show respect for the leadership, they are the ones sacrificing game time and their own energy to provide a good game experience for YOU the players!

13. If you suck at a specific thing in ps2 TRAIN IT. Ask a member or mentor who is better than you in that particular area to help you out and give you advice, that could be flying, tanking, infantry, blowing up sundies etc etc be creative. This is encouraged within KAIN so don't be shy for asking, we help you.

14. If you make an appointment to show up at events and you do not show you will get a warning! 3 warnings you are out.

15. If you're inactive for a long period of time (3-4 weeks or more) notify your absence to the leadership or on the forums, not notifying means you're out. If the time of inactivity is longer than 6 months you will be removed from the outfit in any case (unless you're a long term member and have a special reason for this.)

16. If you quit KAIN, you quit for life. You can't come back. (Only exception being members that got removed / leave due to inactivity)

17. We have zero tolerance for hacking and cheating. If you get caught doing this you're banned from KAIN.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To keep things short, can you handle the policies above? Than we can deliver you an awesome Planetside 2 experience with fun people to talk with and the best organised teamplay available for NC players on Cobalt. Apply now and decide for yourselves.

We run squads almost every evening for 2-3 hours, this can be either serious play or just messing around with friends depending on peoples preference that day.

Questions about any of the policies? You're welcome to place them in the comments below.
